Our Series on Talking Faith continues at 9:00AM next Sunday. This series is getting great reviews and you don`t have to worry if you can`t make them all or haven`t been yet -- you can join in any time.
For the month of July, we will be collecting personal hygiene products for 5 CHAPS. 5 CHAPS is a program that distributes personal hygiene products for persons living with HIV. If you or your organization would like to participate in 5 CHAPS effort to provide support, email Rob Lucas. Donations, which can be accepted at the church, may include: bar soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, toothpaste, and paper products (paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.), as well as bleach and laundry detergent. Items will be delivered to the designated location for distribution on the second Saturday of each month.
Choir Practice is "on vacation" for the summer months. It will resume in September.
The Search Committee has narrowed down its search for a new church planter. As the Committee moves into the final stretch, please pray for them as we continue this important New Vision UCC mission.
